PVAR3D (a database of Protein Variations involved in Antimicrobials Resistance and mapped on three dimensional structures) allows to explore resistance in proteins with point mutations responsible of the phenotype resistant/susceptible to class of antibiotics.
The database aims to increase our understanding on variations affecting functional and structural properties of proteins involved in antimicrobial resistance.
Start exploring the database by querying a term
(protein:example1, example2,
gene:example3, STRING:example4,
Genus:example5).
255 proteins, 1165 resistant mutations, 226 non resistant mutations, 38 Genera, 108 Organism, 1206 literature
